Uni-Dose Vials
 A
disposable, sealed container to dispense liquid meds. Pharmacists and nurses
prefer the convenience and assurance provided by the Uni-Dose system. Patients
can remain in a reclining position and drink from Uni-Dose vials. Large labeling
areas permit easy product identification. Tamper-evident safety caps are available
(see below).
PET plastic, amber Uni-Dose vials resemble glass
vials in appearance, but provide greater impact resistance reducing breakage.
Lighter weight reduces shipping costs. Plastic meets standards of the US Pharmacopeia,
XIX Revision, for UV light transmission resistance. Conforms to FDA regulation
21 CFR 177. 1630.

Tamper-Evident Safety Caps
 Three-piece,
lined aluminum caps have unique metal insert. Contents cannot be pilfered without
removing cap or leaving evidence of puncture on insert. Metal tab with rolled
safety edge "perks up" to provide visual proof of tight seal. Caps remove quickly
and easily in one piece by first pulling down, then to one side and unwrapping.
Fits all Wheaton Uni-Dose Vials. Bulk packed. The inner caps of 224195 caps
are plain, while the inner caps of 224196 are stamped "For Oral Use." Call us
for other cap sizes.

General Policies Concerning The Wheaton Product Line
All Wheaton items will be shipped either from our locations in Warwick Townhip, Warminster or Ivyland, PA or from the Wheaton Warehouse in Millville, NJ. All shipments are subject to shipping charges.
Breakage and Shortage Policies
Immediately upon receipt of your shipment, inspect for damage.
Do not accept a damaged shipment until the carrier makes a damage notation
on your delivery receipt or bill of lading. If a shortage or damage exists,
you should immediately request that the carrier make an inspection.
Concealed Damage
An inspection should be requested within 15 days of delivery, whether
the shipment was made by U.P.S., U.S. Postal Service or Common Carrier.
Common Carrier claims must be handled by the consignee. E.P.S., Inc. can
process U.P.S. claims after the consignee requests U.P.S. inspection of
the damage or pick-up.
