Payment Terms:
NET 30 Days, 1.5% service charge on all overdue balances.
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Optima, Discover,
Novus and IMPAC cards.
Minimum Order:
3,200 dose minimum order on Medi-Cup Blister Sheets and
Lid-Label Covers. (See Mix 'N Match policy below.)
Returns:
Merchandise will be accepted for return only within one
year from invoice date. Returns are subject to a minimum restocking
charge of 20%. Call for RGA#.
Shipping:
F.O.B Our Plant, Ivyland, Bucks County, PA 18974, USA.
All transportation charges will be prepaid and added to invoice as
a separate line item unless otherwise specified. Shipments are made
via U.P.S., U.S. Postal Service or Common Carrier.

25,600 - 51,199 doses receives 3% discount
51,200 - 102,399 doses receive 5% discount
102,400 - 255,999 doses receive 10% discount
NEW>> 256,000+ doses receive 15% discount
(Additional quantity discounts available, please call for special
quotation.)
Mix 'N Match:
Items contained in the first two boxes on reverse may be
combined with items in the same box to achieve minimum order and quantity
discounts. (Blister Sheets with Blister Sheets and Lid-Label Covers
with Lid-Label Covers)
Note:
Continuous feed Lid-Label Cover Sheets may only be ordered
in multiples of 3,200 doses since they are packed in continuous sets
of 100 sheets (3,200 doses). |
