Roll-E-ZY Press Piece "25" or "32" required for initial order to ensure positive seal between Lid-Label Cover and Medi-Cup Blister. (Integrity of seal cannot be guaranteed without these two components.)

          5/8" at bottom, 3/8" deep, rounded crown design.
     Deep Amber "25" & "32" and Deep Green "25": 7/8" diameter at top, ½" at bottom,
          11/16" deep, rounded crown design.

Lid-Label Cover Sheets --- Medication is protected from adhesive by special label construction.
     Single Sheet "25": 5 15/16" square
     Continuous Feed "25": 5 15/16" square, rolls or fan-fold (overall dimension 5 15/16" x
          7", includes pin feed holes for dot matrix printers).
     Addafive Label: 1 5/8" x 5 15/16" (designed to seal 5 doses of medication or seal

all Lid-Label Cover Sheets "25" and Addafive labels.

All Medi-Cup "32" Blister Sheets accommodate all Lid-Label "32" Cover Sheets.

All Medi-Cup Blister Sheets are perforated to match Lid-Label Cover Sheets.

All Lid-Label Cover Sheets should be identified before applying to Medi-Cup Blister Sheets.
