MILT 32

We’re pleased to provide software for printing our Lid-Label “32” Covers. The MILT 32 by Medi-Dose (MILT 32) (Medi-Dose Information LabelingTechnology) software was designed not only to print our LaserLabel Lid-Label “32”Covers with the pertinent medication information your require (including bar coding) but also to provide an elementary pharmacy and nursing home management program for the facilities you are servicing. MILT 32, while not absolutely essential to using the Medi-Dose “32” system, will certainly make the job of identification significantly easier. Whether or not you’re bar coding your medication packages, we strongly recommend its purchase and use.

Among its many features, MILT 32 lets you print 6 lines of free-floating text with either 17 or 25 characters per line. If desired, you can print a bar code on each individual Lid-Label “32” Cover complete with 4 lines of free-floating text at either 17 or 25 characters per line. Plus the program will print the packager’s initials and beyond-use (expiration) dating information as well. The software also maintains packaging logs, providing you a complete record of what was packaged, who packaged it and when it was done. In addition,MILT 32 contains field locking capability to preserve the integrity of your data and dynamic formatting letting you emphasize portions of a medication’s name to highlight your personnel’s and your patient’s awareness.

But, in addition, MILT 32 gives you the ability, if you wish, to maintain databases of the:

---facilities you’re servicing
---residents in those facilities
---physicians caring for those residents 
---insurance companies responsible for payment and reimbursement of the medications dispensed to those residents

In addition, you can:

---print MAR reports by facility or by individual residents within each facility 
---print Billing reports by insurance type so you’ll know how much to submit for each resident in each facility
---denote which medications are generic/brand, legend/controlled, or a drug of restraint
---call attention to specific medication side effects to alert nursing personnel 
---print and maintain special MAR notes and Memo Fields for extra information above and beyond that which appears in the standard MILT 32 packaging log.

After you’ve made your initial purchase of the Fil-Form “32” Template, Roll-E-ZY Press Piece and MILT 32 software, you won’t need to purchase them again. Your repeat orders need only be for blisters and labels. We’ve listed your options for both items below.
