Safe, sterile, tamper evident seals for admixture ports on vials. These seals protect against contamination and accidental double dosing and alert staff when a drug has been added. The foil outer layer provides visible evidence of a needle puncture. Removing the Steri-Tamp® outer layer leaves a printed “OPENED” warning and cannot be reapplied.

NOTE: Each Vial seal is sized specifically to each vial opening, so it may only be applied to its corresponding vial size. The seals should not overlap the edges (13mm seals can only be placed on 13mm vial openings, 20mm seals can only be placed on 20mm vial openings, and 28mm seals can only be placed on 28mm vial openings.)
